10-A-Day . . .
THE EXERCISE AND PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM FOR KIDS

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP STOP CHILD OBESITY

10-A-Day was founded based on the concept that there is a direct link between education, eating healthy and exercise.  The 10-A-Day program was designed and inspired by Author/Health and Fitness Advocate for kids, Ronni Christina Wells, while at the age of 6.  We believe that in order to overcome child obesity, children must improve all of their daily lifestyle habits, and not just focus on losing weight.

If a child eats healthy, exercises, AND strives to make good grades in school, the problem of overcoming child obesity will be easier to manage. Therefore, the 10-A-Day program allows a child to achieve the 3 E's to success.

OUR GOAL

10-A-Day is an exercise and personal fitness program for kids. Our goal is to help stop child obesity by promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for children.  We show kids how they can be healthy, just by being active at least 10 minutes a day, doing all types of fun things – including exercising.

Children who read, eat healthy, and exercise tend to be more alert in school, thus make higher grades on academic and standardized scholastic testing.

Our Program

Getting (and staying) fit can be fun

The 10-A-Day program consists of a series of personal fitness instructional videos, basic nutrition, and educational resources designed to help children condition their physical bodies and to have healthy lifestyle habits.  We also provide local programs and activities, which allow children to have the individual training and support that they need.

Don't waste one minute more!
