OUR GOAL IS TO HELP STOP CHILD OBESITY
10-A-Day was founded based on the concept that there is a direct link between education, eating healthy and exercise. The 10-A-Day program was designed and inspired by Author/Health and Fitness Advocate for kids, Ronni Christina Wells, while at the age of 6. We believe that in order to overcome child obesity, children must improve all of their daily lifestyle habits, and not just focus on losing weight.
If a child eats healthy, exercises, AND strives to make good grades in school, the problem of overcoming child obesity will be easier to manage. Therefore, the 10-A-Day program allows a child to achieve the 3 E's to success.
